6KU believes in the quality of our products and wants you to shop with confidence. You may return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless 6KU made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

Send the original order back for a refund using the instructions above. Place a second order for the desired replacement, immediately, for the fastest delivery, or after receiving the refund, if the availability of funds is important.

Q. Do I need an RMA number?
A. No, an RMA number or permission to make a return is not needed. Just send the item(s) back to us along with your order number.

Q. My item is no longer new and unused, and I believe it has failed due to a defect.

Q. How long will it take to receive a refund?
A. We strive to process all returns the same or next business day following receipt at our location. Most debit or credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts, will show our refund to you within 72 hours (or on your next paper statement).

Q. Does 6KU accept CODs?
A. Sorry, 6KU does not accept shipments sent COD.

Q. How will I know when you've received my return?
A. 6KU will notify you at the email address on file when we process your return.
