Urban Explorer Series: Crystal Cove

In our latest installment of our Urban Explorer Series at Crystal Cove, Tyler and Amberli joined Jesse and I in Newport Beach to explore the trail.

The ride started at the local starbucks since we all know its almost a necessity when going for a ride. We drowned ourselves in the new Starbucks cold brew, hopped on our bikes and hit the bike path. The weather couldn't have been better with a perfect mixture of sun and ocean breeze. The path was shockingly quite for such a beautiful day, and we took full advantage. We passed by a couple getting married and to this day I don't know if our photobomb ended up in the photos or not. After that we chased the sunset to Turtle Cove and made it just in time. The sun just set as we carried our bikes down to the look out point. Amberli does what she does best, she Snap chatted and Instagrammed the gorgeous sunset.
