Classic Brass Bicycle Bell

Not happy with it. The bell part must be isolated from the center screw that secures the bell to the handlebar. There is a small rubber grommet or o-ring on the screw to prevent metal on metal contact between the bell and screw. On mine, the rubber part is damaged, so the bell must be repositioned each time it is used or there is only a muted ring.
