Crank came damaged, but great customer service

Crank had some deep scratches on the crank arm by the bolt, although they seemed new besides that. I contacted customer support and they gave me a full refund and told me to keep it. It’s a good crankset that sells for close to 100 on other sites so to get it for 50 was already great, I’ll take free anytime
