Reliable Ride

Mine has a 3 speed geared hub and a basket. I use it as a commuter bike downtown. It lives in a SANDAG locker at the train station. I bought a cool Hebie chainguard to keep my pants from getting caught in the crankgear. I used hardened-steel chains and locks to keep homeless people from steeling it

No rear wheel

Incredibly upset! The bike was delivered with no rear wheel which makes the it utterly useless. No help from customer service.

The bike is good but the tires leak air from the rims so I can’t even ride it since the tires won’t get full . It was 275 dollars and I expected to build it and fill the tires up and be able to ride it but I can’t.

Frame seems to have been welded at an angle.

To whom it may concern, I received a brand new bike a week ago and notice the back joint was welded on at an angle. I’ve previously had issue with brakes and bikes and am concerned that the welding is a problem if it effects my wheels and brakes. i would like to speak with someone who can replace the bike. Please email or reach via phone at [****] Thank you Nicole
