Custom build based on the 6KU Urban Track frame. The frame is very reliable with good geometry

My brakes broke in the first 3 days.

One of the inner tires was broken when we received

No rear wheel/ no customer service

Bike was delivered with no rear wheel. Can’t get ahold of anyone to help. I just want what I paid for. So unhappy!
